Alarm Response & Calls for Service

Alarm Response is designed for companies that utilize electronic alarm systems. When a customers' alarm is triggered, we provide response and investigation by a trained patrol officer whose function is to limit damage that has already occurred or simply investigate the situation. The alarm response officer can also contact local law enforcement, emergency services or maintenance personnel if necessary.

Fail to Set:
If the customer leaves the premises and does not set the alarm, their alarm company notifies our Dispatch Center and our patrol officer responds to the facility to activate the alarm.

Unscheduled Opening: If the customers business is opened outside of normal working hours, officers respond to ensure the disarming of the system has been authorized.

Intrusion: Officers investigate the cause of a burglar or intruder alarm, confirm if a crime has been committed or is in progress and take action to protect the property.

Manual Panic: The customer's alarm company should notify local law enforcement immediately if the alarm is activated manually. We can also respond to ensure that appropriate emergency assistance has arrived.
