Crime Free Multi-Housing Program | The Crime Free Multi-Housing Program is a state of the art, crime prevention program designed to help tenants, owners and managers of rental properties reduce crime, drugs, and gangs on residential properties. The program uses a unique three-part approach, which includes:

Phase One: An eight hour seminar presented by the police department and other city agencies. Our management staff is certified to instruct for the C.F.M.H. Program and volunteer by instructing training classes for law enforcement agencies on occasion. This course taught covers many topics such as: | | On-Going Security Management Monitoring Criminal Activity Gangs, Drugs, and Crime Prevention Legal Warnings & Evictions Working With the Police Community Awareness
| Phase Two – Consists of a security survey of the property which certifies that the rental property has met the security requirements for the tenant’s safety. Patrol Plus can certify communities which are located in cities where their local law enforcement agency has not established a C.F.M.H. Program.
Phase Three - A tenant Crime Prevention meeting will be conducted for full certification. Managers are granted the use of the Crime Free Multi-Housing signs for display on their property. Management are also be granted the use of the program logo in all advertisements.
|  Our management staff are certified trainers in this program and provide Phase One training to all security officers within the first six months of employment. We have found this course to be worth its weight in gold. This is the same course that owners & managers of residential properties attend and gives our security staff a “real world” understanding of the challenges owners & managers face in the residential marketplace. We are the only security company in the nation certified in this program! |
