Patrol Plus, Inc. is a security service company that was established in June of 2003.  We are family-owned and operated with two branch offices dedicated to servicing specific market segments of the State of California.  In the past few years since the company has been established we have experienced significant growth and developed an outstanding reputation in the marketplace.  As specialists in community patrol, we have over 75 employees and service more than 35 cities.
 

One of the key differences between our organization and those of our competitors is the pride our associates take in meeting client expectations.  Being a member of our team means being a member of our family. Our associates in the field understand that their actions represent the name and reputation of their family.  This sense of pride results in an increased responsibility to work harder and do the right thing in order to preserve their family name and reputation.  This pride in the family name creates unparalleled customer service for our clients.

Although we pride ourselves on being a family-owned business, we operate with many of the same principles as a large corporation.  We have invested time and resources into developing checks and balances to ensure the utmost professionalism such as company policies & procedures, employee handbooks, an employee orientation program, and comprehensive training programs based on our clients’ needs.  We take pride in thoroughly screening all potential associates to ensure only the best of the best join our family.

SBE & WBEN Certification

We are certified as a “Certified Small Business Enterprise” by the State of California.  This certification requires that the organization to maintain records for all financial statements, payroll records and quarterly tax documents.  Documents are audited annually by the State of California.  This certification illustrates the company’s commitment to being a quality security organization that “plays by the rules” of the business community.  Unlike most of our competitors, we don’t cut corners and break laws.  We operate our business with the utmost integrity.
 

We are also certified as a “Women Owned Enterprise” by the Women’s Business Enterprise National Council.  The WBENC certification for women-owned businesses is one of the most widely recognized and respected certifications in the nation.  It also is the largest third-party certifier of businesses owned and operated by women in the United States. WBENC works to foster diversity in the world of commerce with programs and policies designed to expand opportunities and eliminate barriers in the marketplace for women business owners. WBENC works with representatives of corporations to encourage the utilization and expansion of supplier/vendor diversity programs.

Crime Free Multi-Housing Program

This program is designed to help tenants, owners and managers of rental properties keep drugs and other illegal activities off their properties.

Our management staff are certified trainers in the “Crime Free Multi-Housing Program” This program is a state of the art, crime prevention program designed to reduce crime, drugs, and gangs on apartment properties. This program was first successfully developed at the Mesa Arizona Police Department in 1992 and has since spread throughout the United States and Canada. The program has been implemented in 43 United States, 4 Canadian Provinces, and in over 1,700 cities, 1 Security Company, and is implemented in Japan, Finland, England, Puerto Rico, and is growing rapidly.
