Minimum Hiring Requirements & Screening Process

The basic strength of any company is Personnel.  Extreme attention is given to hiring the Right people.  Many organizations look at Security Officers as just another Commodity.  In reality, all Security Companies do hire from the same Employment Pool.  The difference is, however, that we take only the Cream of the Crop.  Then, through our Eleven Step Hiring Process and proactive style of Training and Management; we raise these people up to meet or exceed our clients’ specific requirements. 

We believe that the only way to provide the best possible security service is to pay our Officers a slightly higher wage, offer stable, consistent work schedules and good working conditions.  The direct benefits to you will be: Higher Caliber Security Officers, Better Training Standards, Lower Employee Turnover and Strong Management & Response.

All patrol and security officers are selected based upon the following minimum hiring requirements:

  1. At least 21 years of age
  2. Clean driving record (Department of Motor Vehicle Report)
  3. High school diploma or GED (We will accept employee without this education as long as a commitment is made to complete the education requirements within 6 months of employment)
  4. 7 year employment verification
  5. Criminal history (background) check
  6. Social security trace
  7. Legal right to work in the United States
  8. State guard licensing requirements
  9. Drug testing
  10. Written communication assessment
  11. Application interview.
