"I wanted to take some time to tell you that we were more then happy with our patrol service. Last Saturday your officer really went out of his way to help us with a group of prom kids. As soon as the limo with 21 kids showed up we called the dispatcher and the officer was here within five minutes and handled everything in a proper manner. He knew exactly how we wanted the situation to be handled. We were very impressed on how efficient and helpful he was in handling this problem."
