"I wanted to take some time to tell you that we were more then happy with our patrol service. Last Saturday your officer really went out of his way to help us with a group of prom kids. We let him know on his first hit that we might need some help with kids later in the night and he said he would try to make extra hits if he needed too. He also took the initiative to ask questions and get more information so he was aware of the situation. As soon as the limo with 21 kids showed up we called the dispatcher and the officer was here within five minutes and handled everything in a proper manner. I definitely think that our continuous communication with him helped the ease of the process and he knew exactly how we wanted the situation to be handled. We were very impressed on how efficient and helpful he was in handling this problem."

On Going Training | 
| In a post 9-11 environment security officers must be prepared to deal with rapidly changing threats, and keep current on changes in the security industry. Our trainers keep our employees current using the most advanced and up-to-date resources.
Classes for on-going training and professional development are continually offered and each employee is required to complete a minimum of 8 hours of refresher training each year. The following is a list of classes available to all security officers. |
