Orientation Training | | All employees attend an 8-hour orientation and pre-employment training session. During this live classroom training session we cover critical topics that not only orientate new associates to Patrol Plus policies & procedures, but also prepare them to provide high quality of service to your property from day one. Taking the time to make sure employees are orientated to the company’s expectations makes a significant difference in service development. All new hires are assigned to a Supervisor who acts as a mentor to ensure they are performing within the expectations of the organization and their individual customer assignment(s). |
