Patrol officers will inspect building & fence perimeters, office areas, common areas, and doors and windows of businesses.  Mobile Patrol Service is conducted by a trained patrol officer working out of a clearly marked vehicle who performs one or more patrol inspections of the customer's property as often as needed. This service is offered 24 hours per day, 365 days per year.

Patrol Inspections:  Our marked patrol vehicles will conduct patrols of your property randomly throughout the night.  Our highly trained patrol officers will inspect vulnerable areas within your property such as building & fence perimeters, doors, windows and common areas.  They will identify any suspicious activity and make contact with any individuals who do not belong on your property.   

Computerized Patrol Tour Verification:  Computer checkpoints are placed on your property.  Patrol officers scan these points with a transponder.  With our system you can verify you are getting what you pay for. 

Parking Enforcement: Security officers enforce parking rules and regulations.  Work with tow companies to eliminate parking problems.  We will utilize a specific tow company or our rotation list depending on your discretion. 

Unlimited Community Response: Patrol officers will quickly respond to your resident’s calls to address any safety or security related concerns of you or your residents. Your calls are our highest priority.

Lock & Unlock Service: Security officers conduct facility opening & closing procedures according to customer specifications. Includes securing common areas of communities, activation & deactivation of alarms, standby, inspections of interior and exterior.  

Enforcement of House Rules: Security officers enforce house rules and regulations such as curfew, pool regulations etc. 

Notices to Residents: Security officers will pass out notices to residences as an added value to your office staff.

 

Electronic Patrol & Incident Reporting:  Patrol Officers document all activity on the property using a laptop terminal in the vehicle.  Every customer is provided with a login to access ReportTrax through our website at www.patrolplus.com.  Customers can login from any computer to view security logs, dispatch calls & security officer duties.  Customers have the ability to conduct searches based on key words or phrases to find specific entries for problem areas or types of incident.  Customers have the option to enter messages to our patrol officers and complete customer satisfaction surveys online. 

Patrol Plus, Inc. has a zero-tolerance policy for criminal activity on our properties. We play an integral role in assisting local law enforcement in areas such as “quality of life” crimes and verification of alarm activations. Our partnerships with local law enforcement allow their personnel the opportunity to focus on actual crime and incidents. We issue citations for "quality of life" crimes such as trespassing, loitering and disturbing the peace. These citations are filed with local law enforcement so that when we make arrests we can ensure we have enough documentation for a conviction.
