Each Area Commander is compensated at a level that encourages optimum performance.  A special rank insignia is provided which recognizes the status

of the position.  Built-in incentives are also offered to motivate recipients to deliver a level of service to their customers far above expectations.

Each of our Area Commanders is strongly supported by our management team to ensure that they have all of the tools necessary to perform their duties in an efficient and professional manner.  The primary responsibility of the Area Commander is not only to maintain a level of excellent service, but also to achieve continuous improvement.
