PATROL OFFICER’S VIEW

Our ReportTrax System is a web-based electronic patrol & incident reporting system that enables us to provide real-time security patrol reports. Our patrol units are equipped with vehicle mounted laptop computer terminals.  Our ReportTrax program maintains critical information necessary to service your property and maintains records of all security activity in chronological order.  Patrol Officer’s are able to search and track historical data on problem individuals and parking violations.

Every customer is provided with a login to access ReportTrax through our website.  Customers can login from any computer to view security logs & security officer duties.  Customers are capable of conducting searches based on key words or phrases to find specific entries for problem areas or types of incident.  Customers have the option to enter messages to our patrol officers and complete customer satisfaction surveys online.
