Specialized Reporting – For Residential Security Officers

Security officers complete Daily Activity Reports on a daily basis.  The report records what is occurring throughout their shift.  Our daily activity reports have a checklist at the top to insure critical factors are noted.  This gives our customers the “horse power” necessary to identify maintenance & safety hazards, violations of community rules & regulations, criminal activity and other suspicious activity.

Supervisors sign in and complete a supervisory review each day when they inspect security officers on post.  Providing a checklist ensures the supervisor inspects all critical areas of the officer’s performance.

Our Trespassing/Loitering Citations are a real problem solver.  We document everyone who trespasses on your property and file the information with local law enforcement.  This insures that we get the assistance and response we need to keep these problem makers off your property.  This citation was created with cooperation from the Crime Free Multi-Housing Coordinator to insure we get the response we need from our partners in law enforcement.

We also have tailor made parking violations with our company information.  We track all parking citations so that we can document trends with problem vehicles
