When to Contact Patrol Plus

 

The following is a list of incidents or situations that our patrol officers will respond to:

             1. Community rules & regualtions: any violations of these rules will be enforced while we are patrolling the property.

             2. Vehicle incidents: persons vandalizing, breaking into and or tampering with a vehicle.

             3. Loitering: gatherings of person(s) for no specific reason in or around the community.

             4. Trespassing & prowling: person(s) who does not live on or in the community, and is not a visitor of resident(s) of the community ie: subjects going through the dumpsters, subjects using the laundry or community facilities, subjects entering on to the property with no justifiable reason for being there, or entering the property illegally like jumping a fence, gate, or wall, subjects loitering around windows, doors and vehicles that also appear to be trespassers.

             5. Vandalism: property of the community or personal property that is in the process of being damaged or has been intentionally damaged.

             6. Gang related: persons who appear to be or are known gang types committing a crime on the property. Also loitering in or around the property.

             7. Domestics: all incidents involving a domestic dispute or physical confrontation between two people, notify the police immediately then notify Patrol Plus.

             8. Noise related incidents: when tv’s, radios/stereos, or loud parties are disturbing your peace, these are violations of the community rules and are violations of city and state law.

             9. Drug related incidents: when one witnesses or suspects drug related activities occurring in the community or in the immediate proximity of the community, in addition to calling Patrol Plus you should call the police and report the drug activity to them and also report the activity to management.

         10. Any other problem that is of concern to you.

         11. Emergency medical, fire or criminal problems: call 911 immediately  then call us.

 

Important Note:  Our dispatcher will ask for your personal information in case we need to follow up on the issue.  All calls are kept confidential and no information on the calling party is released to anyone.
